Columbia Café is the quintessential Shreveport, La., dining experience, offering its patrons superb American cuisine, an extensive wine list and unparalleled service in a comfortable Bungalow setting. At Columbia Café, Chef Justin McDonell offers up straightforward, seemingly no-fuss cuisine in a casual, yet elegant atmosphere such as longtime favorites ˆ pecan encrusted trout and Jamaican jerk pork with pineapple sauce and jicama slaw. The menu changes according to season, but Chef McDonell can be easily cajoled into whipping up special requests such as mulligatawny soup and wild boar chop with rosemary ju for longtime customers and private parties.

At Columbia Café, meals are freshly prepared with herbs from the restaurant‚s outdoor garden and its cozy interior lends itself equally to a quick breakfast, business lunch or an elegant alfresco dinner.

Columbia Café offers delicious entrees, salads, and desserts every day. To maintain freshness and the highest food quality, our menu changes daily, based upon the availability of certain foods and materials. Be sure and ask your server for the day's newest additions.
